Crackers are crumbling

Town House Crackers - Crackers are crumbling

I can no longer spread dip on your crackers, much less dip the cracker into a dip. The crackers crumble just trying to get one out of the package. If you can't make them hold together, I will be moving on to better crackers.

Cracker crumbs

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Town House Crackers - Cracker crumbs

Over the last 2 years, something has changed. The crackers now are so brittle there are fewer than 10 whole crackers per sleeve.

I'm tired of paying good money for cracker crumbs.

It looks like a lot of people are having the same experience. It's unfortunate since these are my favorite crackers, but I will have to find another brand.

from 2020 on my stores in my area don't have much choice on Town House Crackers. Really hard to find Sea Salt crackers and Black Pepper crackers. 99% of the time they only carry Pita and Original in town house brand.

They still taste good but every box I have purchased, half of each sleeve is broken and crumbled. Is this the packaging or is this the handling.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

My townhouse crackers have always been a staple in my house. But in the last year, every box I purchase has at least one or two sleeves that are crumbled. I might get every 8 to 10 crackers that are intact.

Hi Townhouse, can you please go back to how your crackers wasr before? They crumble easily and they ate smaller.

Crumble so easily. And they are smaller too.

Also, the crackers so not have the same buttery taste! Thank you.

Why are you continuing to make a sub par product? Why?

You have done something in packaging to make the product cheaper to ship? Who knows? You need to fix the problem. Or, maybe you just don't care.

Crackers aren't cheap, and the public deserves an answer. This keeps happening, you are going to lose a lot of loyal customers. What is Kellogg Town House Crackers doing to improve the quality of these cracker.

So sad. Please note the Goya Cookies in this foil sleeve only, yet not one broken!

Pro Quality Cracker

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I have loved Townhouse crackers in the past. I considered them a high quality cracker.

Not now, the flavor is gone, the crackers are broken in the sleeve, and if you find one not broken try placing anything on itit crumbles.

I hope your shareholders are getting well compensated now, because it wont last long if this is the quality youre putting out in of your products. Greed.

Fix the problem instead of giving new customers this headache. Eventually you won't be able to sell them.

I purchased the item for one local grocery store near me however after discovering this issue with both boxes of Crackers I Returned them to the store I ordered from believing that someone dropped the boxes causing the cracked, broken and crumbly crackers. Therefore I went to a different grocery store in the area and bought (2) of the smaller size boxes (13.5 oz).

To my surprise both of the smaller boxes were cracked, broken and just crumbled when removing a few crackers from the sleeve. Therefore I returned these as well.

My belief is that Kellogg Co reduced the thickness of the crackers or change an ingredient in the recipe which in turn causes the crackers to crack and crumble. Not thick enough to hold together. Companies are cutting back in so many ways to compensate for the higher price of ingredients and in doing so has comprised the quality of the product thus is loosing customers.

I will NOT purchase this brand in the future. Another lost customer!

These are my favorite crackers, but lately they are different! They come crumbled in the box or crumble when you even pick one up.

Makes no difference where I purchase them they are all way too delicate! Not all are like I've been buying for years!

New formula? I will not continue to buy crumbs!

Every cracker breaks!

Every company is making worse products now - and townhouse crackers are no exception. You can even feel that they aren't the same as they used to be.

They are thinner and crumble in your hands before you even put anything on them. Maybe I'll go try the Aldi knockoffs, they can't be any worse, right?

Disappointed for months now.

I think they throw boxes out of the second story window before they ship them out. Doesn't matter what store you get them from, always broken coming out of the package.

If the Club guys can do it, so can you. Put them in a bag with air protection if you can't quit sitting on the boxes.
